SEVGEIN operates maisonlepoete.com under the LE POÈTE brand.

Data we process

When you use the enquiry form, we process the information you provide and technical data strictly required to secure the service.

• name, email address and optional telephone number;
• requested dates, number of guests and message;
• pseudonymised IP address and timestamps used to limit abusive submissions;
• language preference, cookie choices and hosting technical logs.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your request and preparing a possible rental: pre-contractual steps requested by you.
• Protecting the form and website: legitimate interest in preventing abuse and maintaining security.
• Audience measurement: your consent, when Google Analytics is configured and accepted.

Recipients and third-party services

Data is available only to SEVGEIN and service providers required to operate the website. It is never sold or rented.

• OVHcloud for website hosting and email delivery;
• Harderue Studio, SEVGEIN’s technical service provider and processor, which may access data occasionally when strictly necessary for maintenance, security or support, solely on behalf of and under the instructions of SEVGEIN;
• Google Analytics for audience measurement, only after your agreement and when a measurement ID is configured;
• Vimeo for the video player displayed on boat pages.

Cookies and preferences

The website stores your selected language and cookie decision. With your agreement, Google Analytics may use audience measurement cookies. The Vimeo player may use its own technologies under its privacy policy.

Your audience measurement choice is stored for six months and can be changed at any time.

Retention periods

• enquiries without a booking: up to three years after the last exchange;
• rental records: for the contractual relationship and then for applicable statutory periods;
• anti-abuse data and technical logs: only for the period required for security;
• cookie choices: six months.

International transfers

Google and Vimeo may process certain data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards announced by those providers.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing, by writing to alexie@maisonlepoete.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Security

The website uses HTTPS, validation controls, submission rate limiting and technical safeguards to protect enquiries.
